PA6 material characteristics support strong interlayer adhesion, toughness, and flexibility when thin, making this pa filament suitable for technical printed parts. This pa6 filament is produced as filament 1.75mm with a dimensional tolerance of ±0.03mm, supporting stable extrusion and consistent material delivery across compatible FDM 3D printers. When printed within recommended temperature ranges, parts printed with this nylon filament maintain structural integrity at operating temperatures up to 80°C. The Natural White appearance is achieved through integrated pigmentation that becomes visible after exposure to light. This visual effect does not alter the core extrusion behavior of the 3d printer filament, allowing it to be processed using standard PA6 printing practices. Due to the hygroscopic nature of nylon filament 1.75mm, drying prior to printing and controlled storage conditions are recommended.
